My husband and I had a great time purchasing our New 2012 Subaru Forester at CVM, with our dealer Zach Beishline. We were only planning to view and test drive the vehicle when we arrived at the dealership, but a few hours later we were signing the deal! Zach was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable as we navigated our purchasing and financing options. He was definitely not the "pushy salesman" type we were dreading! It was good to know that Zach's grandparents are loyal Subaru Forester drivers, and he provided terrific insight on the vehicle's snow readiness, family friendliness, and of coarse all of the kayaking/camping accessories we love. We feel that Zach went above and beyond in finding us our dream vehicle, even when the specific color we wanted was not available on the CVM lot. The staff at CVM also did a great job of getting us top dollar for our trade through their contacts at local dealerships. I bought my Subaru Legacy at CVM. Monique, the president, understood that I do not like the pressure of car salesmen so she helped me throughout the whole process with no pressure. I thought I wanted a trendy SUV but was directed to test drive an SUV along with the Legacy Wagon, which was recommended by Monique, in order to compare. I chose the Legacy Wagon, along with her help, because it fits my needs perfectly. It is an all- wheel drive wagon that is helpful in bad weather conditions and keeps me safe. Additionally, it allows me to transfer my lovely daughter's stuff back and forth to college. Furthermore, after comparing prices online with other car dealerships, I found CVM gave me the best price for my trade-in van.

On April 17, 2010, I purchased a used 2005 VW GLS Convertible from a dealership in Holidaysburg.  It only had 21,000 miles on it, but the day that I got it home, it had serious problems.  I could not take it back to the dealer because it would not run.  I was told to take it to Cumberland Valley Motors and have it fixed.  When I walked into your service counter, and met Jennifer Mackey and Gordon Siltzer, I was extremely frustrated, not knowing where to turn or what to do.  They took over and proceeded to tell me "not to worry."  It took 17 days to repair the car, but they did it.  These two and your service department are to be commemorated.  There were times that I wasn't sure if the car could be fixed, but they did it.

All that I can say is "Thank-You" for what your company has done for me.
